CU's Favorite Designers and Brands

CU students reveal their favorite designers and brands that they love to strut around campus in! I went around the UMC talking with several, maybe 20 or so, female students and asked them their top 5 designers and brands. About 50% of the time I got a blank stare and the other 50% I got a worried, freaked out look like I had just asked them to say the ABC's backwards... But after a few terribly awkward run ins with some students I started to get some real answers.

This survey was really interesting and fun to do because I was able to see what college kids, like me, are wearing and who their favorite designers are. I was pretty surprised at the results. For Colorado, a very outdoorsy state, I thought more athletic brands would be a instant fav instead of very fashion forward brands but I guess CU has more fashionistas than I thought! : )

BCBGMAXAZRIA spring 2009 collection is amazing. There are so many fun summery colors that are paired with a sexy flowy fabric in the collection. The fabric is very loose fitting but cinched at the waist to give it a fitted look which is flattering to everyone's figure, especially on those not so skinny days! I really like the long flowy dresses in the runway collection. They look very elegant, sexy, and comfortable. They are an upgraded beach dress made for a fun night out on the town! My second favorite dress in the collection is the fiery red one shoulder dress. Its bold color caught my attention right away. I love the loose fabric at the top and the gathering around the the thigh that is tied with a loose bow. The one shoulder cut with a arm strap on the bare arm is very unique and adds a new dimension to the dress.

The spring 2009 collection is accompanied with some great accessories. The belts, handbags, and jewelry compliment the collection nicely. The all gold jewelry line goes great with the bright spring colors. They have chunky earrings, sold gold bracelets, and very feminine necklaces. I love the runway fitted black belt. It also goes great with spring colors and gives a fitted look to any outfit. I really like the BCBGMAXAZRIA 2009 spring line. It is so colorful, flirty, sexy and fun; a great way to put a little spice into your summer!

For 2009 there are a lot of cute, sexy, fun, crazy, and very different styles coming your way. Once again designer Mossimo Giannulli has brought a line that is fashionable and very affordable to Target. Mossimo has delivered a line that has top new trends and classic styles in bold colors, fun patterns, and of course light weight fabric for the warmer weather. New Spring 2009 lines

Coach's new spring line is equipped with tons of clothing including cropped jackets, beach dresses, hats, sunglasses, jewelery, cardigans with Coach's signature lock closure. Also, there are tons of new styles of bags all of which come in many fun spring colors such as orange and pink paired together.

Now this shoe is hott! This spring Coach is releasing tons of new shoes like this cut out art heel. I love this shoe! It is a classy black heel but still dangerously fun and the open toe is perfect for summer. All of the straps add elegance to the shoe and the front design gives it a flair of chic style!

This new metallic Parker Leather Clutch is adorable! It's such a great color and the perfect size for a night out on the town. The medium size clutch comes in Nickel (as shown) and black.

I love Coach's new 2009 spring line! There are is so much fun spring color I wish I could buy it all!
